We are a manufacturer and exporter of all kinds of hangers including wood, plastic, and metal, among others. Most of our production is done in-house.
We have focused on wooden items for more than 15 years, and we are extremely successful in this industry because of our commitment to the client and customer – quality, delivery and service included.
If the order is less than $2,000 for in-stock items, yes. For larger or custom orders please contact us directly.
Of course! Customized orders are available, but may be subject to slightly higher rates due to specialized manufacturing processes and order quantities.
Yes but please consider shipping costs before placing a small order.

If you have a small order but do not need to receive the products soon, please note that we have warehouses in Melbourne, Australia and Los Angeles, USA. For these locations, we can process many small orders together and ship goods every 2-3 months. This may be more cost-effective.

First, please confirm your requirements as clearly as possible before placing an order. For international purchases, it is important to remember that many of our hangers are hand-made.  If there is a minor problem with your order, please take a photo of the products and explain what aspect of the order does not meet your standards. We may offer a discount or refund based on this picture and explanation if the complaint is reasonable. If the products are damaged in shipment, please do not accept the shipment and show us a picture as soon as possible. We will fully replace any products that do not meet production quality standards.  If the reason is not due to quality issues, however, then the buyer must pay full freight back to our warehouse.
Yes, but note that all shipping costs must be paid by you.  We can store the products in our warehouses and ship them to your clients as necessary. Please contact us for more details.
Right now we accept T/T , L/C, Paypal, and Western Union. Please inquire us if these methods are inconvenient and we may be able to accommodate your request.
Please make sure you wire the money to the right person, who should be the owner of the company, or the company name.
Please call the bank and the police to resolve the problem. Then, re-wire the money to Koobay Home to fulfill the order
Production takes 5 to 9 weeks.  We can ship by air, which takes approximately 10 days, or by sea. Shipment time by sea depends on the country of delivery.

 

Shipping to the US, Australia, Asia, Europe and other markets:

To the US and Australia, we offer three shipping methods.

1) If you have a mass produced large quantity order, we will ship by sea.

2) Local pickup. If you are near one of our warehouses, you can arrange pickup.

3) Express by air. Shipment to Europe or Asia is by sea or by air. For all other markets, shipment is by sea.

If you’d like to develop a long-term loyalty partnership with us and focus on one of our major products, our sales team can discuss your order to determine customized pricing. After signing a contract, you’ll see the benefits of selling our products. In one year, we will do our best to help you profit and make it possible to earn more.
Of course, you’re very important to us. Please send us your invoices and we will do the best we can to discount the price moving forward. However, there is no better price than signing a contract with us – if you want a bigger commitment from us, we also need one from you!
